i removed all hardware to clean and now pc wont post. the post led says FF. ive tryed about everything with no luck.

Off the top of my head i would say switch out your PSU , cause you said the magic words " antec" all my Antec units all had problems and all died. They are not the Hi quality power supply manufacture they use to be. And this is coming from a former life long Antec case and PSU user.

never had an issue with antec. considering he disassembled the system, chances are its something other than a bad part.
