Best GPU and monitor for my build

Hello,

Looking for some suggestions on my build

I currently have an i7-3770 (Non K version) that I picked up for 180$. I am planning on ordering:

mobo and memory.

I am now left to buy the GPU; I am looking in the sub 200$ range; HD 7850 seems right up there at 175$.

I am also looking to potentially purchase a monitor. I currently have a Samsung 2232BW Plus (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001310), so I am unsure if I should upgrade or not. You can still use the board you have picked out (just no ocing with your cpu). Don't get me wrong, it's a great board, however there are cheaper boards for people who don't OC.

I understand that, any cheaper recommendations? I am still only learning what all the different specifications mean and am somewhat lost trying to figure out what to look for.
