Im wondering if this motherboard can handle dual GPU's. My current single GPU is AMD HD7950 royalking. Im considering buying a second HD7950 or another card.
Maybe it can handle dual GPU's via crossfire?

It just means that you will take a drastic drop in performance because there's less bandwidth supplied to the second card. You can still run them in CrossFireX though.

That's usually the case with top-end cards. They don't run well in x4.

Thanks for your response!
Im sorry for not completely understanding, but will I also lose performance while using CrossFireX?

Thank you for your responses. I have the same MB, and I was wanting help in selecting 2x cards to run my 4Monitors. Suggestions. I have 2x 8800GTS at the moment...will they work?

Having owned this MB for quite a while now, I can say that 1 card runs just fine. But if you want to hook up 4 monitors, you probably want a MB that can handle multiple GPU's a bit better. Also, this is a nice entry level MB, but when you want 4 monitors hooked up, I think you are better off with a non-Asrock board.
