Attached is the official EVGA answer to your problem, but out of the forums I browsed, most said the board was dead. So I would give this a go and if it doesn't work start the RMA process.

Return Manufacturer Authorization, basically the process of returning your board to the company and getting a working one back. You'll have to have an unexpired warranty and you can do it easily through EVGA's website.
