Hi i am about to upgrade my computer.

I dont want to throw alot of money at it first time around so i am at a crossroads between upgrading my gpu or my cpu.

and if so which should i be upgrading to?.

My current specs are:
CPU: AMD fx 4100 quad core
GPU: AMD Radeon 6800
4 gb ddr3 ram

i will mainly be using the computer for gaming such as Battlefeild 4 and other FPS's

I am also running a dual monitor setup.

i have a ga-990xa-ud3 motherboard
thanks for the fast responses
my budget is around 600$
i am still wondering whether is should be the cpu or the gpu i am supposed to upgrade.
