need to overclock my GeForce 8400gs

picked up a pc for $150 with the card and eerything included and want to overclock it any tips?

My rig:
Ram: 4gb ddr2
Processor: Intel Pentium D CPU 2.80 Ghz

That poor video card isn't going to do much for you if you are gaming. Even with an overclock you shouldn't expect playable frame rates on that card. If you have a few dollars I recommend replacing that, however that machine is starting to get into dinosaur territory for anything other than business applications and some web surfing.
