Buzzing noise when using chrome

I just upgraded to a AMD FX-8320 and a HD 7950. Whenever I open chrome my computer starts making a slight buzzing noise. It doesn't happen when I use IE though. What should I do?

Full system spec:
xfx radeon 7950
amd fx-8320 3.5ghz
8gb ddr3 1333mhz
ocz stealthxstream 600w
1tb wd caviar black

It's probably something like the graphics card or the cpu fan spinning to 100%. Use a program like hardwaremonitor to see what the culprit is. You can use programs like speedfan to adjust the fan speed but this would negatively affect the cooling of the part. You might look into a quiet heatsink/fan solution available for your graphics/cpu.
