I will be buying 3 and I need the thinnest bezel for eyefinity.
I have been recommended these 2 but I am not sure if many games can run the 144hz yet or if its even worth the money.
The way eyefinity is set up is the most important to me.

I will be running them off of 2x gigabyte 4gb gtx 770s

I would definitely go with the 60Hz one. With three monitors you will be having trouble getting up to 60 FPS rates with three monitors.

Two 770's at 4GB will cost a good $900. For $1,100 you can get two R9 290X's for supreme performance, far better than the 770's can offer. Otherwise you can get two R9 280X for just a whisper lower performance than the 770's but will cost just over $600 for both. For probably the same cost as the two 770's you can get the new R9 290 nonX for better performance at the same (roughly) cost.

In short, AMD has pretty much caught up with the driver issue that has plagued them for years. Soon their triple display issues will be in the past. As of now, AMD is providing a far better product per dollar.

I'd go IPS panel all the way. Not so much for the thinner bezel but for the better picture quality. But to me, ghosting is not all that big an issue.

I am worried about the crossfire issues because it's still not at 100%.
What are the drawbacks I could experience?
Also I was reading that the cooling on the 290x kinda sucks and to wait for aftermarket cooling if I were to get it
I was thinking of upgrading to the 780ti

Yes, if you can wait a month or so, great idea. We are in a transition period. Yes, the R9 290X is noisy. If you can wait for the third party coolers, great. The driver issue is really about gone. It will only get better, AMD has pulled through with its promises so far. Also, in a month or so Nvidia may counter punch with better products (780TI and a super Titan) and/or lower prices. By all means, if you can wait a month or so, wait.

The Ti looks beast from what I read as well! Thanks.

Yes, I have the AOC i2367fh because I thought it was a really good deal for an IPS display with a thin bezel. I was completely wrong... The build quality is horrible and the stand can't even support the monitor. I plan on getting the Asus VN247H-P. It's a steal at $169, however it's not IPS... I would recommend it if you're willing to give up IPS. It has 2 HDMI inputs, 1ms response time, and 0.9cm bezel.

I ended up buying the Acer 23" IPS monitors. I couldn't be happier with my choice, I payed about $140 for each of the 3 I bought and the picture quality is amazing! The only complaint is that there is a bezel at all, but that isn't a complaint about the monitor at hand but rather all monitors out right now.
