install.exe is not a valid win32 application

i tried to install win 8 in my pc which is currently running win xp ,when i clicked on install.exe then it a message comes up and says install.exe is not a valid win32 application. although my installation file is of 32 bit

  1. Uh, I don't know where you found an install.exe file but the proper way to install windows is to make a bootable dvd from the ISO file. (assuming you paid for it) This method can be easily googled. (I don't feel like explaining it)
  2. It will not work if your win 8 (downloaded or bought) is x64 and some people will fake that it is x32 or x64 just to get money(bought) or popularity on the net(downloaded) believe me i was tricked once and i reported the man who sold me it and i got my refund + he was in jail for 5 months
