VX2370Smh-LED is a great budget monitor, with a picture deserving of a higher price point. It only costs about £130 off somewhere like Scan or Ebuyer, but is a 23", and you mentioned that you wanted a 22". Anywho, if you don't mind the extra inch, go with it, it's great for gaming and productivity. It has a tiny bezel, and looks aesthetically beautiful.

Apparently the 1.2mm bezel is 11mm (1.1cm) which might not appear as invisible as you'd like, especially if you're using more than one monitor.
