When I'm playing games in full screen, there's strange lines when I move the camera horizontally and it's really annoying.
The problem seems to go away when I'm playing in windowed mode. Also, when I recorded it with fraps the lines weren't there.

I don't think it's a frame rate problem because I get 70 FPS maxed out.
So, what could this be and how do I fix it?
