Put the CD in the drive and restart the computer, then you should see a screen that says "press any key to boot from CD" Then just hit any key. If you don't see this screen just keep hitting keys because sometimes it doesn't show up on the screen.

If that doesn't work, press F2 during boot to get into BIOS then change your boot order to DVD first. Then hit F10 to save.
