I'm intending to building a gaming pc sometime in the near future with the intention of gaming. I was which of these two combinations better in terms of pure performance and in terms of performance vs price

Option 1)
EVGA 760 SC ACX
i5 3570k
Asus p8z77-V LK

Option 2)
Sapphire R9 280x Toxic
i5 4670k
Gigabyte GA-Z87x-D3HP ATX 1150

Thanks in advance for any responses.
