I have an ASUS M5A97 R2.0Evo motherboard with Raedon HD5670 1GB graphics. The CPU registers high temperature while operating. Its the graphics card that is getting heated up.I have verified by removing the side panel and touchinng the card.Whn i replaced d card with a Ge Force 210 i borrowed from my friend CPU works fine.Is there a issue with the PSU or my graphics card has gone bad?

The next best PSU i can tell is Seasonic S12II Bronze SS-520GB Rs. 4800

First thing that u need to see is this
http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
ur current psu is Zebronics , see in which tier that lies and see the tier's description

Total amperage available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most important, followed by the +5V amperage and then the +3.3V amperage. Since a typical PC pulls more power from the +12 V outputs. This occurs because the two most power-hungry components from the PC – the CPU and the video card – are connected to the + 12 V outputs. Since ur Zebronics psu has 15A@+12V rail, i considered ur psu could deliver 15(current)*12(voltage)=180W(power). Of course there will be power from the other rails but too negligible and since Zebronics is a very very low quality psu i considered it to deliver total 180W
