Drop the 4770k to a 4670K(games dont use hyperthreading) and use that extra money to upgrade to a R9-280x and a good cpu cooler(you don't want to try and overclock with the stock cooler). If you go with a good air cooler then you'll need some lower profile ram. Also 16Gb is kinda overkill for gaming 8Gb is more than enough.

For a purely gaming rig you spent way too much on the CPU\MB not enough on the GPU. Go with something like the z87 Pro and 4670K. Microcenter has them bundled for 350 so you save 200 there; Ditch 8GB of memory save another 70 there. Take that 270 dollars plus the 260 for your gtx760 and get yourself a real video card, either a 780 or 290X. Also, I don't like to comment on cases too much as they are very much a matter of preference but I think 200 for a full tower case is way too much for what you are putting in it. Lastly, that monitor is crap for gaming, you will see ghosting.
