So 4670k is really better compared to i7 3rd gen?

Nways what I'll do with this PC open a game at the same time. Online game and one of the latest games( offline/multi)
So this is 70% gaming most of the time but I sometimes do some video editing/recording watching movies and web browsing all at the same time while playing.

Monitor max resolution 1366x768 and planning to get soon a 1080p

Because video editing take i7
Price is not much more with 4770k

but prices you post i far different from prices here... the prices i include in the first post are the exact prices here.

3770k vs 4770k only have 20-25$ difference. i5 as the cheaper.

and for z87x UD3H this board price is 213$ converted.

i leave in KSA.

on my other post i already post what i bought. its the 4570 and z87 D3HP. i hope you take a look at it.

thanks for the links though.. and let me bump my other post..
I already have that board D3HP and ill stick with it. planning to swap 4570 to 4670k for extra cash from the vendor cause they allow it. but the problem is with that worth of cash i could get a good a better RAM instead (corsair pro series 1600Mhz 2x4gb) im currently using 1333mhz 2x2gb cheap samsung brand... so what do you suggest?

You can OC your 1333MHz memory to 1600MHz. No need to buy "better" If you buy better then look G-skill or crucial, ADATA and so on. Samsung is really good memory. My g.skill cheap 1333 memory do go stable 1600MHz no issue what so ever. 1600MHz will go over 1800MHz stable :)

You can look X-D3H if that is cheaper. But why not HP if you think it is good enough then it is.

If you do not OC cpu then look Xeon 1230V3 price.
That is best bang for buck.

Or maybe it just here.
Older 1230V2 is cheap in US.

But the Cheapest Xeon here is Around 450$(450x3.75):D
http://www.softland.com.sa/index.php?route=product/product&path=18_117&product_id=1464

And I can't get any parts outside the kingdom for some reason.

But anyway do you suggest I should just get 4670k.? And overclock the RAM? And yep I will overclock the CPU too,.. Is this board(GA-Z87 D3HP) good enough for overclocking or it's really necessary to get something better.?

And let me add this it seems I can't lower my timmings below 9-9-9-24@ 1333Mhz. Where my old mobo GA G41M handles it easily 7-7-7-18 @1333Mhz and it's the same RAM sticks I'm using. So does mean this board is weak?

RAM index score 7.0 with my G41M
Now with D3HP it's down to 5.9

Here they are about same price.
Xeon 1230V3 205 € now. http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/Intel-Xeon-E3-1230v3-4x-3-30GHz-So-1150-BOX_856397.html

4670k. 192 € now. http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/Intel-Core-i5-4670K-4x-3-40GHz-So-1150-BOX_853872.html

4670k is good. Yes OC ram. Well that mobo is not as good as the X-D3H or UD3H but if it is good price for you then you can take it.
But sure better mobo is better for OC use.

Maybe. mobo is weak or you just need to find right settings for memory + cpu and mobo. If it weak then it "blows" :D
And I do not think that is going to happen if you do NOT go too big volts on mobo, cpu or memory.

Tried RAM from auto Voltage 1.3 to manual 1.5 @1333Mhz but no. I till it won't go pass 9-9-9-24

But it work @1066 7-7-7-18 big changes in windows performance score from 5.9 to 7.6

So I'm assuming that @1066 7-7-7-18 is better than @1333 9-9-9-24?

Also I tried to OC ram @1600 default timming but it won't boot.

Try more volts for memory. 1.56-1.58 can do the trick.
Try stay below 1.66V
You can try 1333 / 1600 7,7,7,7, 18
