You need to properly uninstall the previous drivers, should have done that before installing the new GFX card, and the drivers i linked is the only ones that supports the new R7/9 GFX cards. If you cant install the drivers you must be doing something wrong. Do an express uninstall or use the following utilities to properly uninstall the drivers:
