Instead of spending hours setting up windows the way I like it I would just like to clone what is my current SSD to my new SSD, so which software should I use?
HDClone Professional, it's shareware, but excellent piece of software. Hirens Boot CD feature many free alternatives that would do the job too, like CloneDisc, Rawcopy, XXClone, etc.
Nope it puts it into a folder called windows disk image I think. then you just boot the windows DVD and restore it when needed. It's a pretty basic affair. I prefer Acronis True Image. The only thing about it. If you want to delete the folder, you have to do it through disk cleanup utility.

I am thinking of using Arconis, does it copy from SSD to SSD. Aslo I head there can be complications when cloning to SSD's is htis true with Arconis or will it work? I could do a fresh reinstall But I don't really feel like doing that. I only do fresh reinstall when I need to. right now I have my OS on an older 60gb SSD and my new Sata 6gb/s is 120g. So there should no be a problem with space.
When I installed my new SSD on the system in my sig, I used Samsung's "Data Migration" tool to clone my entire C: drive to the new SSD. It also automatically cloned the SRP (System Reserved Partition). Very easy to work with and my Windows installation works like it was a clean install. Highly recommended!
