Best order to put parts in a PC?

I have never built a PC and im going to build one....note that for now i wot OC and i will use the stock intel cooler.

So what do i do? Mobo,COU, Cpu cooler, ram, GPU?

Should i first make a test bench to see if it works and then move the parts in?

Give me the order thats easiest and best like does the PSU go in first? You get what i mean. If you need to know. Here are the parts
Corsair Obsidian 750D

Intel Core i5 4670K haswell

GPU: Sapphire Toxic R9 280x

AsRock Fatl1ty Z87 Killer Motherboard

XFX 750w 80+ Gold Fully modular

1TB 7200RPM Seagate Barracuda HDD

G.skill Trident 8GB 2x4 2400mhz 1.65V

Rosewill Wifi adapter

2 Corsair AF120's RED LED fans

Some Red LED light strips

DVD drive

Thanks!

a lot of nuts will say to put the PS in first and plug it in to ground the system............ I did say NUTS...............

IO shield in back of case/install stand offs/dvd-rom drive-HD's-SSD's/install cpu-heatsink and ram on motherboard out of the case. install prefab and screw down. install PS. wire system/hook up PS wires. install graphics card-then wire it. /add in cards.

why did you get 1.65v memory? should have gotten 1.5v to compliment cpu.

OP did say "for now" which i take to mean they plan on OC'ing in the future. But if I"m wrong then OP should ditch the i5 4670k for a non K cpu.

its ok guys i want to OC later because i dont have enough for a CPU cooler but the red led strips which are only 2 will be across from the motherboard. So the side panel with the window, yeah it will be there up and down so it wont affect. As for the corsair fans, Once i get the H100i i will replace the stock ones with af120's so i can get push pull. Also, Is 1.65v ram bad for my CPU? Ive asked this question for its own thread and a RAM MASTER who is really smart said he's been using 32gb ram of the SAME AS i have (tridents) and on his haswell i7 and said its perfectly safe..

Q. Will i OC?
A. Later when i need too

Q. Liquid or Air?
A. Liquid using the NZXT Kraken X60 or the H100i

Thanks bud. Ill keep those links and use them when i build it.

1 question. 1.65v RAM IS Ok for my CPU right?
