search donkey is running in my computer i have removed it from programs and its not in google chrome or internet explorer but it still says its running in hidden icons i belive it is making my system run unstable and want it off but im am at a ded end with it need help plz

ye done that deleted infections and still donkey runs its making my computers ide jump from 13 to 36 in computer usage its always just ticked over at 3 or 5 in system usage its a headske
