Out of those three the Fractal Design Define R4 is the best one in terms of quality.

Another good (more like Awesome) options for budget cases are :

1. Bitfenix Shinobi Window : A seriously awesome case that you should have a look at. Recieved overall positive reviews all over the Internet. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/bitfenix-case-shinobiwindo...

2. NZXT Tempest 210 : Good case that looks cool and is awesome for cooling. All for just 45 dollars : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-catp21001

3. NZXT Source 220 : Nice plain looking case that is good for any general build. Easy to work with, nice features and a good price of only about 50 dollars. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-caso22001

4. Cooler Master HAF 912 : A seriously good case as far as airflow and looks are concerned. But the only issue with this case is that the Interior is unpainted. Might be your choice if that does not matter for you. It would cost you 50 dollars : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-rc912kk...

5. Cooler Master Storm Enforcer : Nice looks, features and awesome airflow. Leaves nothing left to be desired for the budget. Nice case overall. Costs about 55 dollars : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-sgc1000...

6. NZXT Tempest 410 : Bigger brother of the Tempest 210. Good case for about 60 bucks : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-t410001

7. Antec Eleven Hundred : Full Tower Case with awesome airflow, nice temps and elegant looks. If you are looking for a Full Tower case at a budget, then this is the one to look for. Price about 65 bucks after 25 bucks Mail-In-Rebates : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-case-elevenhundred

8. NZXT Phantom (Full Tower) : Awesome design and one of the best looking cases out there on the market. So, if you are looking for a beautiful looking Full Tower case then this is the one to look for. It would cost you only 80 bucks. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-phan001bk

9. Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 : Simple design, quiet acoustics but overall an excellent case for about 70 bucks : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcaar...

10. NZXT Phantom 410 : If you like the looks and features of the Phantom, then look for this case instead. Has the same good looks of the bigger brother, but in a smaller package. This would cost you the same http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-caph410b1

11. Fractal Design Define XL R2 : Bigger Full Tower brother of the Define R4. If you like the Define R4, then you would love this one too : Price about 90 bucks.

12 Cooler Master HAF 922 : Mid tower brother of the CM HAF 932 but still a very good contender for the sub 100 dollar cases. Price about 100 dollars, but this would not fail you. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-rc922mk...

13. Cooler Master Storm Scout 2 : Another good case from Cooler Master for 100 dollars : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-sgc2100...

So, these are the sub 100 dollar cases that I like.

Note : The prices include the discounts and shipping charges, everything. Also included in the price are Mail-In-Rebates. Just something that you should know.

Anyways I would pick the Bitfenix Shinobi Window because of the extreme price/performance it gives over every other case listed here.

It is some problems with the r4 for me because it only has 2 5.25 bays and i need at least 3 and the nzxt hue will keep the door from closing fully

As far as I am aware of NZXT hue needs only 1 5.25" bay. So one bay for the NZXT Hue and one for the DVD Drive, it should be just fine with the Define R4.

What for do you need third optical drive bays for??

Oh! Well.. I am sorry, you should look out for some other case. Look for some case from the long list I recommended.

I am sorry but you cannot have all the three bays into the Define R4. Look for some other case, maybe from the cases I mentioned above.

Choose the one which suits you.

Awesome Choice.. That is what I would have personally chosen.

Well.. enjoy your build..

Anyways you would like to know that after seeing the NZXT hue I am tempted to put that into my next build. I mean seriously... WOW! I am soon going to get the NZXT Hue. Thanks to you for letting me know about that.
