Will this GPU work with this PSU?

Yes it will work. 4 6+2 pins means that you have 4 cables and each has a 6 pin power connector along with an additional 2 pin power connector for 8 pin requirements. It's 6+2 because some graphics cards requires 6 pin power connectors, and some need 8. So instead of putting 2 cables of 6 pins, and 2 cables of 8 pins, they made it 6 pins plus an additional 2 pin for 8 pin requirements, like the R9 280x.
