I recently changed my computers motherboard from a ipibl-la (http://www.ctechinfo.net/documentation/manuals/berkeley_manual.pdf) to an asrock 775V88+ (http://download.asrock.com/manual/775v88+.pdf) because my my previous motherboard was fried. I followed all the steps in the manual, and when the time came to power on all fans powered on yet my monitor (of proven functionality) simply displays"no signal".
I'm using
1 512 kingston no ecc ddr400 RAM
1 raedon 7000 64M ddr tvo Graphics card.
Note: The Mobo does not have onboard graphics only the pcu.
