Right click on "computer" click on "Manage" then go to "Local user and group policy" then "User" now on Right Pane Right click on "Administrator" click on "Properties" Unchecked "Account is Disabled" then click OK sign out from current user. Now you will see two User one is inbuilt System Administrator login and use windows 8 as administrator.
