Should I uninstall driver first?

Hello,
Beginners question... I have a RADEON GPU and it says I should update my driver. Should I uninstall the old one before installing the new, or will it write over?

No need to install old one.
In AMD driver, you must remove first the old one before you install new one.

Take your pick, but the AMD Install Manager will overwrite the previous driver/CCC installation if you select the 'express' option so uninstalling is not a requirement.

Amd has a application to do a clean uninstall. Strongly recommended. This help me to get out of instability.
