2nd PSU causing weird screen flicker

So when i connect my 2nd PSU to power my GPU(2, 6pin connectors) I get this weird horizontal lines.
2nd PSU has green and black wires shorted.
How to get rid of it(not interested in buying new PSU) and what's causing it?
Oh and should i just connect 2 PSUs together(green-green,black-black)?

Both are 300W. Not enough to power GTX560TI.PC shuts down immediately when trying to play games/use 3ds max. With 2 it works but i get that screen flicker.

Well, I would say that the second PSU is introducing some EMI or similar.
