Help choose mobo

Well ive got a problem i want to use the amd fx6300 or the 8350 in a pc build but all the motherboards ive looked at that have am3+ compatibility seem to need a bios update requiring an older chip which i dont have so is there any motherboard that has native support for the vishera chips without bios update?

Well im asking if there is a way without purchasing a different cpu and a motherboard that supports it without updates...

the motherboard he wants to get needs a bios update to work with the cpu he has but he doesnt have another cpu that IS compatible with the board without the update.
