My RAM should be running at 1600Mhz I think. But they are running at 153Mhz or something similar.

Please assist if anyone knows what to do. I'm sure they have run at faster speed at an earlier stage and I don't believe that I have changed any settings on anything. I'm not computer savvy so I haven't been into the BIOS or installed any programs that can modify how my computers components work.
