I recently got a new graphic card and PSU

Current Config:
Mobo: Intel DH67BL
Chipset : Intel H67
Processor : Intel Core i5 2400 @3100MHz
Ram : 2*4096 DDR3-SDRAM
HDD : 1TB
Display : LG 19 inches
GPU : MSI 7770R
PSU : Corsair VS450W
The PC shut down while I was playing Tomb Raider 2013.
The power button light was blinking with long pauses after that.
So that I have to switch the PC back on
I think this is a heating issue. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Please provide some solution.
