I am here to ask if this the best gaming pc you can get using gaming components.

No.
Totals out to $8212.

If your object was to go through Newegg and pick out the most expensive parts, you've mostly succeeded. If your aim is to actually create a killer 'gaming' PC, there are many things you should change.

64GB RAM? Why?
Only one GPU?
Desk large enough for 3 x 29" monitors?
UPS and surge suppressors?
Mediocre cooling system for that theoretical budget
Where is your backup solution?

Aaaaa.! 64 GBs? Why
PSU. EVGA ? NO...
you Said best for gaming ! one GPU? NO,
Your CPU is big big time overkill for gaming.
Suggestion. Convert to ASUS,Gigabyte and Corsair for parts.
1.This a system in half of your price of only CPU rig and it will throw everything out of the water.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1Tpl2 Check link.
2.I suggest you to make a custom water cooling loop then using a closed loop one for this. If you don't know how to build this you can hire services of any professional for this too.
3.1500 watts !!! NO need and EVGA is not even a good level producer of PSUs at all.there is no other best then Corsair for PSUs.
4.The rig you posted or the rig i suggested are Juggernauts for everything....if your just gaming and doing normal daily fun then Using these rigs is just like fighting 100 Unarmed men with 100 M1A2 Tanks. :D

for heavyyyyyyyyy. gaming and almost everything heavy this is my suggestion and its for 2700 $ even blow 300$ then your's half.

I disagree. Corsair isn't the best but they're one of the best. There isn't a " crowned king " but there are many brands other than corsair that has great PSUs such as seasonic. Furthermore , seasonic makes some of Corsair's PSUs

I like your build!
What advantage of a water system vs a fan, in your opinion? (Still trying to get my newb-head wrapped around that flaming controversy.)

1.Air cooling is better for Non heavy systems and little overclocked systems. Market blasters like CM 212 evo, CM V6 GT and Noctua NH-D14 Air cooler are marked as best in benchmarks for Normal and overclocked i3-5s and for few of i7s of 2nd and 3rd gen.but for 4th gen 6 core or 4 core i7s Air cooling is a bit risky specially when your doing heavy gaming for long or using heavy core hungry application. Air cooler surely have a big heat sinks and its in the case. all the heat produced by the CPU will be ventilated but it will effects other parts like RAM and GPU Motherboard.
2. Why Water cooling.
Water cooling aka liquid cooling is a better option either your overclocking or not for heavy CPUs and use of heavy gaming specially for ling time and it also effects the life and efficiency of your rig and other components inside the case.CPU is the the main part in any computer system which produced the heat all others are nothing infront of it in this regard. Costum or closed loop liquid cooler have radiators all the the heat produced by the CPU will be suck out and thrown away by the radiator without effecting any other part in casing either your pulling air out of the case through radiator of pushing air in the case (pushing air in the case as intake is a way better idea) so less heat inside the case means lower temps of all other components and using radiator fans as intake will more cooler heavy air inside your case and cool down rest of the heated parts.
Just make on exhaust on back with around 2000 rpm fan all other fans like side panel fans, front fan and floor fan will be intakes.when your casing is already a freezer then there is very less chance of production of heavy heat and produced heat will be ventilated by back fan.
So,Game as long as you want :D with low temps.

Which build you have selected.don't be hasty for 4k display first tell us the selected rig. and Thanks for choosing the best answer :)
