Windows Disk Cache Uses All RAM

When I'm downloading torrents of let's say multiple Linux distributions, my memory slowly increases until it caps at the 8GB mark and starts crashing my computer. If I don't use the cache my hard disk decides to overload.

Running Windows 8 64bit, (Tried 7 64bit aswell, and 8.1)
I have 3 hard drives
1. SSD Sandisk 250GB Tested very well on Passmark
2. Western Digital Blue 7200rpm 1TB Also Tested well on Passmark
3. Toshiba 5400rpm 1TB (Unplugged)

Had issues with both of those logical drives. Is there some sort of trick I have to do?

MOBO: MSI Z87-G45
CPU: i5 4670k (stock speeds right now)
RAM: 8GB 1600mhz DDR3 (also tried setting it to 1333mhz mode)
GPU: GTX 760

All operating systems use uncommitted memory as a data...

All operating systems use uncommitted memory as a data cache. When an application needs memory, it's given to the application instead.

If your computer is crashing it's probably caused by all the pirated crap that you're downloading.

Linux distributions are free! No pirating there...Just my 2 cents
