Bottlenecking HD 5770/5670?

Hello everyone, i have this rig:

Athlon II x4 640 3.0GHz
AsRock N65-S3 ucc
2x 2 GB 1333 Kingston
Power Supply: 450r C3
HD 5770 1gb

I was using the 5670 on this PC and i have replaced it with the 5770, I can see an improvement in performance but even my other pc (Phenom) can have a better performance with a 5670 than athlon with the 5770.

PC specs:

Phenom II x4 b55 3.2GHz
Assus M4A78T-E
2x 2 GB 1333 Kingston
HD5670

Game: Vindictus (MMO)
Phenom with 5770 can reach 60 fps on max settings and 30-40 fps with 5670.

My Athlon can reach 20-30 on med settings with the 5770 and 20-30 on low settings with the 5670.

I would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help with this, Thanks.

Phenom is superior if compared to Athlon, basically due the 0.2 GHz and cache L3, also the Asrock have only Pci-E while Asus have Pci-E 2.0.

I understand the bottleneck system, but i cant understand how the Phenom+Asus with a 5670 can run better than Athlon+Asrock with 5770.

I'm looking for an solution, then i can finally replace the bottleneck part.

I just instaled Resident Evil 5 and tryed the benchmark with High settings and i got 57 fps (average).
Aparently it's an issue with the game itself, i will probably test on another OS and close this thread, thank you kristianAA for your help.
