Nvidia geforce 9600 Graphics Problem

here how the problem was came
when i was playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 game, my pc was stuck.This happened two times.And i restarted the pc and played the game again in both times.at last restart display was complicated as in the picture(go to the screenshot links ).why is this happening. Please help me to solve this problem.

The card might be on its way out. Is the fan on the card spinning? And how hot does it get? I'm willing to bet that the card might have some mosfet problems if it was ran hot for long periods.

You might have to install newer divers, or older if you have already updated. Go to Control Panel and Add and remove, and uninstall the Nvidia drivers and restart. Then install the newer drivers from Nvidia and see if its fixed. Nvidia seems to be doing quite bad in the driver department right now, so if you have the newer drivers, I would downgrade.
