Help with selecting external sound card?

Hello everyone, I'm in need of help selecting an external sound card. I have an ITX setup and my motherboard (this one) only has one PCI-E slot, so I have to go external. I'm pairing the sound card with a Sennheiser PC 360 btw. My budget is about $150. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure it will work, but I'm afraid of the sound quality. I keep hearing you need to drive this headset for the best performance.
