Hi guys i have a issue on decideing what GPU to take i thinking at a GTX 570 witch take 219 watts and i have just a 500w power supply i put a photo for you because i read that in order for you experts to give me an answer you need to know that tipe is: SS-500ET Active PFC F3 sseasonic pls help me i have a i5 2500 8 gb ram i HDD 500gb sata 2

how about a hd 6970 will it run it because thats the initial GPU that i'm looking to buy

They both perform on the same level (sometimes the 6970 is faster). I'd go with the 6970, but what is the $ price of the two (just want to know so I can recommend other gpu's).

i have PCI x4 i know thats suport GPU with 3.0 but i read that its not perfom as well as on the 3.0 its true?

Your mobo will work fine with the 6970 (no worries).
