Would 8gb of (9-9-9-24) RAM be noticeably faster than 12gb of (11-11-11-28)? Both are at 1600MHz. I'm planning to use this computer simply for gaming.

Whoops, forgot to say that my motherboard supports dual channel, and that my 12gb of 11-11-11-28 are already installed. Just wondering if the 60 dollars would be worth it.
