First of all, here is my current build...
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1T4KP
It is a PC I will be mostly using for Photo and Video editing, but I want it to be able to do moderate gaming also.

Right now the price isn't too bad, but last year there was quite a drop the week before Black Friday. Should I buy now, or wait till then?

Solution
My general view on purchasing parts is to just buy now, yes, there might be a better deal in the future, but if you just keep waiting for the better deal you'll never end up buying.

The best time to buy your parts will be the day after you buy them.

Kingston V300 is not good. They make that SSD in two place.
Other makes good drives and other is making crap.
So take sandisk ultra plus.

HAF X looks bit pricy to me there is cheaper and better options out there.

7870 is better choice for video card. Or GTX 760.
Other thin was looking good.

Maybe better buy for HDD is seagate barracuda 3TB drive.
Fast and bigger. It is maybe fastest HDD there is. And really good reliability now too. Seagate did buy samsung HDD unit so they are now much better in reliabity that the were about 5-10 years ago.
I have two and the work really well. Planning on buying two more.
I have two sandisk SSD's RAID and they work really well too.

And yeah buy now. But buy right parts for right price :)

I agree with Axl I wouldn't recommend a kingston SSD, look at a Corsair SSD, they are amazing. You may want to look at the R9 series of GPUs, they are a bit more expensive (~30-40) but they would be a big leap in power.

@AxlFone
I will look into the SSDs. I am not looking at upgrading my GPU, as the HD 7770OC can do anything I want fine and the 7770 is one of the top reviewed GPU's on many sites. I can't see myself filling up a 1Tb HDD in the near future, so to get a 3Tb would just be a waste of money. I wont be doing RAID either.

@smorizio
I am not looking to totally redo my entire build as all of these parts I have picked out after hundreds of hours of research over the last year. I know I can downgrade everything to cheaper stuff and get a more expensive GPU, but I dont want to do this.
The i7-4770K CPU is a lot better than i5-4670K on some specific tasks that I will be doing often and the 8 streams are good for Photoshop.
This may sound rude, but I am not going to go with an ASUS MoBo just because you are an ASUS Authority and undoubtedly biased. I will research the two some more though.
Corsair cannot compare to Mushkin in reliability or quality. (I say this even though I am a G.Skill fan)
I may considder getting a different SSD.
I don't need a GPU over $150.
I like the design, size, and look of the HAF X better than any case I've seen so far.
550W is the minimum PSU for Xfired 7770s, so a high end single railed 650W PSU is enough. I wouldn't want to skimp on this part of the computer as it is responsible for protecting the rest of the computer components.
I'm not picky about the OD or Monitor.

Thank you for your feedback, I will consider buying now.

Sure if you think 7770 is good for you. Then it is good.
Here is how how performance boost goes 7770 vs 7870.
http://www.hwcompare.com/12188/radeon-hd-7770-vs-radeon-hd-7870/
One faster card is better than two not so fast cards.
CF is not working with Photo and Video editing.
Mostly I think nVidia is better there. Because of cuda and now GPU:s did just get new drivers and they are now 10% faster.
And then you have well look this. maybe you understant this better.

Looks good build. And remember we all just want to help you get better build. We all can still have our own opinions what is good part and what not :) Good luck with your build :)
