4gb vram is better for 1440p+ resolutions. There is no actual difference in performance 2 vs 4gb. Again, stick with the 2gb for 1080p.

I wanna to know different between 2GB verison and 4 GB verison, 4GB one should run BF4 and new heavy games with 50-60 FPS ultra right ?

Get the msi twin frozr 2gb oc 760 (I have the same one and it's a beast!).
