-I recently bought a new video card (Radeon HD 7770)
-I was using the CPU integrated graphics, which I disabled in order to install the new graphics card.
when i installed the graphics card, and i plugged in the 6pin power connector to it, the video card gave no display (keep in mind the computer was working fine until I installed the graphics card)
it will still boot up with the integrated graphics, and in the bios the video input was changed to PEG, the power supply isn't dead, it's a Corsair HX750 (750 Watt), less than 2 months old. I can tell that the PC is booting up because if it wasn't I would get an error in the Shell UEFI saying that the PCIe isn't connected, and be able to turn of the PC with the press of the power button, but when it boots, I have to press and hold it. Also, this PC build is less than 2 months old.
PC specs:
- MSI Z77A - G43 Gaming Motherboard
- A-Data XPG V2 2x4GB DIMM
- Intel Core i7 3770 @ 3.4 Ghz
- Corsair HX750 power supply
- Integrated graphics 4000 (because my GPU wont work)
