I Pre-ordered COD: Ghosts for PC and the laptop I'll most likely get has all of the needs exceeding the games requirements. The only thing is the laptop has 4GB of RAM and the game Requires 6GB of RAM will that slow down the game or decrease the graphics by a lot?

I agree with TBC. You are more likely to be limited by the GPU/CPU in a laptop that only has 4gb of ram rather than the ram itself.

I mean heck I was still on 4gb DDR2 until a couple of months ago. I didn't notice much difference in games, the little difference I did notice was probably because I never shut down my browser tabs.

4gb of ram should be fine (very rarely will games use up the required specs).
