Awhile ago I built a new computer and now I'm looking at upgrading it further. I am still rather new to hardware in general so I'm having trouble finding a reliable way to calculate just how big of a PSU I will need. I am looking at adding a second GTX 770 to compliment the existing one in my system.
Currently the factors are:
CPU - i5 4670k (4.4 GHz @ 1.25V)
GPU - Single GTX 770 Asus Direct CU II (1058 MHz, 1111 MHz boost. Second card will have same clock speed and stock voltage)
Fans - 1 120mm Cooler Master CPU fan, 1 140mm Cooler Master case fan, 4 200mm Red LED fans
Additional - X Fi Titanium HD sound card.
Current PSU is an AX750W Corsair.
Now from what I've seen I think I'll need to bump it up to an 850W PSU, but I'd like some additional feedback on that. I also have a lot of cable management done already inside the case so if I do need to upgrade would I be able to just swap out the cables I already have in there with an AX850?
Edit: I also just noticed that the AX850 no longer seems to exist on Newegg, AXi 860W or the AX860 instead compatible with the AX750's modular cables?
