i found this old cpu and they say it´s a good overclocker. now what i want to do is buy a new powersupply, ram, case and motherboard and place the old e2140 in there and overclock it from stock 1,6ghz to 3ghz and pair it with an gt 630 to do some light gaming and mostly watching 1080p movies.

Even overclocked it's going to have some issues in gaming and 1080p movies. Especially if they're over the size of 8 or 9 GB. You could get a whole new processor that will perform twice as fast starting at around $70

But if you want to keep that one and just get a new mobo that will be a good overclocked, start here.

They don't make many motherboard for that socket anymore but they are fair priced.
