cpu led red continuously

Hi. I recently bought these parts: Asus p9x79. Intel I7-4820k, cooler master v8 gts, corsair vengeance 1866 mHz memory(16 Gb) and a cfs Radeon Hd 7970 ghz edition. The error I am receiving which I haven't found answer to is that the cpu led is red continuously. Me and a electrician friend have tried everything today with our pc and cable knowledge. We had problems with two+one beeps earlier(memory issue) and five beeps(cpu issue) but now is the light on and screen stays black. What to do?

I just found that the bios version is 4005, and i will try to update to the 4404. But i see that the bios is relatively new(came in may this year). So i'm thinking updating will fix this, if not i will update on the progress
