MOBO: ASUS P8H61-MX USB3
GPU: GTX 770
HDD: Seagate 500GB
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60
RAM: 2x4gb Kingston Hyper X DDR3 1333mhz

I know it's a decent rig but i want to buy Modular PSU . Anyone recommend me? and What Brand? this is my last upgrade.

It has nothing to do with ultra settings on a game,it could have something to do with overclocking,but your motherboard doesn't support that so either of the two will do (even with overclocking for that mather).
My choice,imo,will be better in the long run,but that's a personal thing.

Why choose that motherboard (H61) anyway whith a cpu with which you can overclock? For overclocking you should have gone for a Z77 board.
