I'm on a tight budget with my birthday money and want to upgrade my pc, budget is around $250

i5 2400 http://www.frys.com/product/6487372?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG
430w psu http://www.frys.com/product/7370634?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG
7790 2gbhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125454
1 140mm fans
2 120 mm fans

maybe able to push it to $300 but only if necessary, also running a motherboard that cant overclock so not spending money on a k processor.

celeron g540
asus gtx 610 :(
intel dh61bf motherboard
320gb hard drive-more than enough for me
dvd burner
Kingston 4b 1333 ram
win 7 OEM

running a 1080p 23inch monitor. most graphic intensive game is war thunder, just cause 2, arma 2
not looking to play crysis or metro just yet

Solution
Get a 7770, a 550W PSU (you can find them fairly cheap too), and get an FX-4100. That should come out to around 250 before fans, and you will get a much nicer build.

I would love to be able to use an amd cpu but im upgrading my current computer that is an intel 1155 socket and I have a windows 7 OEM, so switching from intel to amd at this point is useless (as in too much money, for new hdd, mobo and cpu), thanks for the info though
