Will a SanDisk SSD be sufficient for a windows 7 boot drive?

I'm working on my first custom build, and I'm looking into having separate drives for the Windows 7 and my stored data. I'm on a bit of a budget, so I'm considering using the "SanDisk ReadyCache SDSSDRC-032G-G26 2.5" " drive. Will a 32 gig SSD be big enough to hold the OS, or will I need a larger/different type of drive?

Also, I'm a complete newbie to the technical side of computers, so I figured I should ask this: The SSDs I'm finding are all labeled as SATA III. The Motherboard I'm planning on using is the "ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0", which only states that it supports "7 x SATA 6Gb/s". I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but will the SSD work in the motherboard?

Just barely, but you will be chasing free space forever.

I consider a 128GB to be the smallest I'd get for the boot drive. Anything smaller is mostly a waste of money.
A 32 is too small, and there isn't that much price difference between a 64GB and a 128GB.

If a 128 is out of the budget, don't bother with smaller.

SATA III = SATA 6GB. Different labels for the exact same interface.

Second question: This was kinda hard for me to grasp too but SATA III is the same as sata 6gb/s. Think about it this way... one year a prius comes out say year 2010 (SATA II) and gets 49mpg (3gb/s) and next year, a new 2011 (SATA III) prius comes out with 55mps (6gb/s).
So in short, the III is the version of sata and 6gb/s is how fast it can transfer files(and yes it will work with ur motherboard)
