Will the y510p single GPU no SLI, be able to run games on MAX settings?

- Skyrim
- Dota 2
- BF 3, 4.
- GTA
- Guild Wars 2
ETC.

I'm looking at the 59370005 and comparing with 59370007 models.
Anyone want to put their two cents in? Thanks!

I would say no to some of the games you have listed. If you get the sli version I believe you can remove the 2nd video card at will if you are wanting to save power or something.

But if I pick the single gpu, later on I can just buy another 750m and inserted into the Ultrabay correct?

I think I heard something about needing a better battery if you didn't originally get it with SLI.

I have the y410p, so I never really looked into it, but I believe I heard something about that at one point when I was browsing around.

Regardless, it's something to look into.

Well, I have a lenovo ideapad y500 with a single nvidia geforce gt750m and was able to run skyrim, battlefield 3, DoTA 2 on high-ultra settings so i think even you should be able to run it without any lags. I had some framedrops while running crysis 3 on ultra but otherwise it was playable.
