I found a review of it, that appears to be technically competent, although it was translated:

It isn't 80+ certified, but appears to be well over 80+ efficient at 20%-100% of its range; looked good enough for 80+ bronze. The load table shows it at 499W, essentially good for its label. Just so you know, your cooler does not consume 125 Watts; it is able to cool a CPU of up to that wattage. So, your PSU should be fine for your system.
As to Assassins Creed 4; your graphics card may be a little weak, but I think you'll be able to play it on lowered settings.

The first thing I looked at was your GPU. Typically for a system with that GPU only 400W is needed. Then I looked at your mobo + cpu. I'm guessing you do a very light overclock since that mobo isn't good at overclocking. You have enough power for this system with 500W.

I'm not sure how well it can handle assassins creed 4. The gpu is kinda old too. Give it a try and find out.

A 500W PSU for that computer is fine, it will only really use around 300W, but playing Black Flag is a completely different story. I don't know because there aren't any benchmarks for it yet but i would say you would be running at the lowest settings and not at 1020x1080, but I could be wrong because once again it's not out yet and it could be really easy to run.

How high is your 8320 overclocked? I ask cuz the fx-series is very power hungry compared to i5-xxxxk.

btw, Great cooler, CPU, and mobo choice.

do you think if i change my GPU to gtx 560 my PSU can stil handle it? any suggestion of a affordable GPU?

Easily. The 560 is a very low power GPU. Is this for gaming?
