I screwed up my Monitor Resolution

I'm in safe mode now because i changed my max resolution settings in catylyst control center i cantopen it in safe mode im not sure what to do right now any help would be nice

when you restart your PC and you hit the F8 key to get the boot menu options select the "enable low resloution mode (640x480) and then you can change it from there.

Ok. When i start normally my whole screen is black and i cant see anything so im in safe mode right now to try to figure something out
