Looking for Pegatron M2N78-LA Replacement?

I have an old HP p6313w sitting around with a bad motherboard that I'd like to get going again to run a few sensors and program radios. Can anyone suggest a replacement? I've searched a few threads here but all the links are coming up bad or discontinued.

Here are the PC specs.

Really any mATX AM3 or AM3+ board can replace it but if you want to have your OEM OS legal (MS some times allows people to activate with different board) then exact replacement is in order.

If it has been inactive for more than two weeks, and you notify Microsoft with the specific info they should let you do it.

You will have to re install or at minimum do a repair after installing new board, then follow instruction to activate it, with OEM usually requires a phone call to MS for activation.

I figured as much about the graphics. No worries I guess since it's not going to be used for games or anything. Maybe the occasional netflix movie. I have 2 2gb and 1 1gb ram sticks in the old mother board now and I wanted to reuse the good ones and add another to boost it is the reason I asked about more slots. I can pick up ram when I order a board though if I need to. I was just trying to be frugal/cheap lol.

Thanks Rolli. I'll go with that one. Having the USB 3.0 and the extra slots is worth the 10 bucks extra.
